Quite a reasonable little coffee shop with Hyperion roasted coffee and a few select pastries. I found their tea selection to be Tazo tea, which was $4 and change for a cup. Well, I understand coffee shops need to make money, but selling a 15-cent bag of tea for $4 is a bit outside my comfort zone. Solid Wi-Fi and a few outlets to charge devices, but not necessarily a hotspot for laptops. More of a social chit-chat cafe.

The staff was welcoming and all smiles! The iced vanilla latte with oak milk was handed to me, and delicious😋✨️ I'm gonna say this once, no twice, get the biscuit! Trust me, get the biscuit! Got mine with egg (soft, fluffy and seasoned), white cheddar and a side of raspberry jam (IMO, sweet and savory just works). This was one of the best decisions I've made in a coffee shop! Get here. Expeditiously. The nice tall guy is the baker. He put so much love in that biscuit, it reminded me of what my grandma used to make♥️ 10/10 highly recommend!

Super unassuming but super cute place! Love the vibes, the homemade biscuit was absolutely delicious! So were the fixing (raspberry jam, egg, bacon). I have never heard of combining espresso and ginger beer, but the combination was absolutely amazing! Super unique, but the ginger beer has the right amount of spice kick for sure, highly recommend! Nice spot to visit on a chill work day to get some light cognitive tasks done 🧠💪🏽

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. You must try it. The home made biscuits are the best and I’m not even a biscuit person! I got the chicken sausage and American cheese with it and it was amazing. The hot drip coffee was also very fresh and delicious, they let me add as much almond milk as I wanted. The inside is so cute too with tons of plants and it’s very clean. The employees are so nice too. I will absolutely make this a regular stop. So glad they opened up! I’m craving another breakfast sandwich from here already!!!

If you are visiting the New Center area of Detroit or are looking for a new local coffee shop, you HAVE to check out Saturn Coffee! I think the best way to describe how great Saturn Coffee is would be to say that I've been there literally EVERY weekend since they opened at the end of August 2025! I usually can't go during the week due to my work schedule, but if I have a weekday off I'm there. Within a few weeks they already knew me by name and knew my go-to order! Sarah and Chris, the owners, are the sweetest couple! They're very kind, friendly, warm, and funny. Their employees that work with them are all the same way! I've never had any problems with any of the staff, and they always make you feel welcome and at home in the coffee shop. The interior is cute and quaint, but there is still plenty of seating and table space. It is a chill environment that makes it easy to do some work on the computer (they do have wifi), read, or even work on a crochet project (which I have done). It's even a great space to meet up with a significant other, family, or a friend to just hang out. Every single drink my husband and I have had there has been amazing! My go-to is a caramel mocha latte
